Our client was not looking to move as they loved their home and location. With a set of boy/girl twins they were looking for an addition  teenage hangout space. We decided to go up over the 3-car garage which gave them an additional 700sf to the home. With space for tv and movies, music, a desk for dad, and some games, this is now one of the favorite spaces in the home.
